Add capabilities and reuse your AI allowance
Attach available tools without buying them twice, and understand plan and usage charges.
Open Accounts & resources in the coworker's desk. Capabilities & AI Credits lists the optional tools currently available for attachment. Read each tool's description, select the ones you want and review the selection before choosing Attach selected capabilities.
Attachment costs $0 today and adds $0 in recurring charges. It makes an existing capability available to the coworker. Operations still check current permissions and billing rules when the tool is used. Availability is shared with that persona in your team; permissions remain specific to the coworker's context.
Your team's active AI allowance is reused. The allowance section shows the available balance and credits reserved for work already underway. When enabled, use the plan controls to add an allowance or credits. Paid checkout displays the actual charge and plan terms. It returns you to the coworker's resources so you can finish attaching capabilities.
A $20 Cuadrila allowance means $20 of customer-facing Cuadrila usage at the applicable rate, not $20 of underlying provider cost. Adding a capability does not start a second allowance. Defined work-item packages, connected-service fees and hosting retain their own terms.
If attaching several tools is interrupted, refresh. Completed attachments remain attached. Retry any remaining selection; do not buy another plan to recover an attachment. A successful payment and a successful attachment are separate states, both visible for review.
Only available, enabled tools appear. A missing tool may need administrator configuration. A connected account also needs its specific mailbox, page, folder or other resource selected where the responsibility requests it. An account connection alone does not select every resource it contains.
