Privacy Policy

Cuadrila uses information to provide the service, configure AI coworker scopes, protect accounts, improve reliability, and communicate with customers. We do not sell personal information in this prototype policy, and workspace content is not used to train models shared with other customers.

• Account and contact details — name, email, company, role, and billing contact.
• Workspace content — business profile data, prompts, messages, files, receipts, crew memory, and connected-tool metadata.
• Usage and diagnostics — device, log, cookie, and diagnostic information about how the service performs.
• Payment information — subscription and payment details handled through payment processors; full card numbers do not touch Cuadrila systems.
• Support communications — messages you send to support or privacy channels, kept to resolve and document requests.

• Provide and secure Cuadrila services, including authentication and abuse prevention.
• Configure AI coworkers, approvals, memory, and receipts according to your workspace settings.
• Respond to support and privacy requests, and keep receipts of how they were resolved.
• Analyze performance, debug failures, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Send service notices and, with your consent where required, product updates you can opt out of.

AI coworkers process workspace content to do the jobs you assign: drafting replies, routing documents, planning shifts, and writing receipts. That processing happens on behalf of your workspace and under its boundary settings.

• Workspace content and crew memory are not used to train models shared with other customers.
• Crew memory entries carry owners and expiry dates; expired entries leave active memory on schedule.
• Where third-party model providers are used, production documentation should name them as subprocessors with their retention terms.

We share personal information only as needed to run the service:

• Subprocessors — hosting, model, telephony, email, and payment providers under contracts limiting their use of data. Production deployments should publish the current subprocessor list.
• Connected tools — when a coworker acts in a tool you connected, the data needed for that action flows to that tool under its own terms.
• Legal — when required by law or to protect the service, with notice to you where lawful and practicable.
• Business transfers — if Cuadrila is acquired or reorganized, with this policy continuing to apply to collected data.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in this prototype policy.

We retain information only as long as needed for service, security, legal, and legitimate business purposes. Workspace owners control most retention directly:

• Receipts and crew memory follow the retention schedule configured in your workspace.
• Workspace deletion removes content from active systems promptly and from backups on a fixed cycle that production documentation should state.
• Billing and audit records may be retained longer where the law requires.

Cuadrila is designed around scoped access, approval gates, and inspectable receipts. Administrative access is limited, logged, and reviewed. The security practices page describes the control model — role-scoped surfaces, fail-closed approvals, and audit receipts — in detail. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences (such as your theme), security, and first-party usage analytics. This prototype policy assumes no advertising cookies. If Cuadrila later uses advertising cookies or cross-context behavioral advertising, this page must add a clear "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism and a cookie-preferences control.

Customers can request access, deletion, correction, export, marketing opt-out, or workspace deletion at any time. Workspace members should route requests through their workspace administrator where the workspace, not Cuadrila, controls the data.

• Export takes your workspace content, memory, and receipts with you in portable formats.
• Marketing email includes a working unsubscribe; service notices required to run your account continue.
• We respond to verifiable requests within the windows applicable law sets, and we keep a receipt of the resolution.

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and receive information about certain disclosures of personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. Cuadrila should honor verifiable requests through privacy@cuadrila.com, and you may use an authorized agent as the law permits.

Categories collected may include identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, professional information, inferences, and customer-provided workspace content. We retain information only as long as needed for service, security, legal, and legitimate business purposes, as described in section 06. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. Exercising privacy rights will not result in discriminatory treatment.

Cuadrila is designed as a United States–based service. If information is transferred across borders to operate the service, production documentation should describe the transfer mechanisms relied on (such as standard contractual clauses) and the regions where data is hosted.

Cuadrila is a workplace product for business use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact privacy@cuadrila.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. For material changes we should give advance notice by email and in the workspace before the changes take effect. The "last updated" stamp at the top of this page records the current revision, and prior revisions should remain available on request.
