Set up and manage recurring coworker work
Choose what should happen, when it runs and how to pause or stop it.
Open your coworker's Recurring work tab. Select a responsibility already included in its setup. Describe the scope for each run: the account or work collection, which items qualify, the result you expect, and anything the coworker should leave alone. A clear scope makes each run easier to verify.
Choose daily, weekdays or weekly, then set the first date, local time and timezone. Review the timezone even if your browser filled it in. The next run is calculated from the saved schedule. Daylight-saving changes follow that timezone. Choose a future start within the next 90 days.
Creating a schedule saves instructions. It does not perform the task immediately or buy another plan. Each run uses current saved preferences, attached resources and the existing account permissions. If scheduling is refused, review the coworker's automation permissions or ask the workspace owner to do so. A schedule cannot grant itself new access.
The schedule card shows its status and next run. Pause stops new dispatches; a run already executing may finish. Resume rechecks access. Resuming can pick up work that became due while paused, subject to the existing schedule and review rules. If permissions changed, cancel the old schedule and create a replacement after reviewing access. Cancel ends future work; it does not delete saved results.
Saving a schedule has no separate subscription charge. Actual runs use your current plan, AI allowance and connected-service billing rules. A recurring run is not automatically a billable completed task: check its actual result, usage and receipt. Resource limits, approval requirements and insufficient funds can keep a run from completing.
Use the linked schedule history for run outcomes and the coworker's Outputs or responsibility-specific results tab for saved work. Changing setup does not cancel schedules automatically. Pause or cancel the schedule when you want work to stop.
