Every scanned page filed to the right client, with a record of where it went.
Reads each scanned document as it arrives, works out what it is and which client it belongs to, files it in your workspace, and tells you where it went. Billed per document filed.

One filed document · billed when delivered
For law offices whose scanner or mailroom sends incoming paper to a shared mailbox or folder.
What one filed document includes
6 deliverables · document · research · for review · notice · receipt
- Document
Each scanned document read (local OCR) and classified by document type
- Research
The matching client or case identified from the document's own contents
- Document
The document filed under the right client in your workspace, named consistently
- For review
A visible needs-review status when the client or type cannot be established — never a guess
- Notice
A delivery notice listing what was filed and where
- Receipt
A receipt for every filed document, so any charge can be traced to its work
From arrival to delivery
Receive
Watches the scan mailbox or drop folder you choose and picks up each new document as it lands.
Extract
Reads scanned pages through local OCR and pulls the names, claim numbers, dates and letterheads that identify the document.
Identify
Matches the document to a client and a document type from your firm's own records; anything ambiguous is held for review instead of filed.
File
Places the document in the right client folder in your workspace and records the destination.
Notify
Sends a delivery notice with each document's type, client and folder, and writes the receipt that billing counts.

The work on this statement was performed by an automated software agent, not a person. Each accepted outcome is priced against a published occupational-wage benchmark (U.S. BLS OEWS) for the comparable role, applied to the task's standard-equivalent minutes and a disclosed service factor. It is a price for a completed outcome — not a bill for time a human spent, and the benchmark is a reference wage, not a government-set or government-endorsed rate.

How billing works
$1.34× delivered documents = the period charge
- A document becomes billable when it is filed and its receipt is written.
- A document held for review is not billed until it is filed.
- Billed once per document. Re-filing a corrected document never adds a charge.
- Each period statement lists every filed document as one line with its client and destination.
- Prepaid credit, credit card only. No checks, ACH, wire or time-based billing.
Ready when you are.

Questions firms ask
What if the agent cannot tell which client a document belongs to?
It holds the document as needs-review and tells you in the delivery notice. Reply with the client and it files the document; nothing is guessed.
Do our scanned pages leave the firm?
Pages are read by OCR inside the engagement's own environment; page images are never sent to a model provider. Only the text needed to identify the document goes to the configured provider.
Can the agent act on a document — reply, forward, or calendar a deadline?
No. It classifies and files. Every decision about what a document means for a case stays with the firm.
