The receipt summarizes; the numbered sections are the instructions.
01Summary
This page explains how to delete the data Cuadrila holds about you. It covers three situations: you connected a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or a Threads profile to a Cuadrila workspace; you own a workspace and want all of it deleted; or you want something else deleted, such as your own user account.
Removing Cuadrila from Meta stops its access at once. Deleting what Cuadrila already holds is a separate step, described below.
02Facebook, Instagram and Threads
You can remove Cuadrila's access from the Meta account itself at any time:
- Facebook — Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → Cuadrila → Remove.
- Instagram — Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Cuadrila → Remove.
- Threads — Settings → More settings → Website permissions → Cuadrila → Remove.
Cuadrila can then no longer read from or post to that account. Posts it already published stay on the platform; delete them there if you want them gone. To delete what Cuadrila stored from that account — the connection, prepared posts, schedules and reports — follow section 03 if you own the workspace, or section 04 otherwise.
03Delete a whole workspace
A workspace owner can delete the whole workspace from inside Cuadrila:
- Sign in as the workspace owner and open Settings → Export and Offboarding (/dashboard/settings/offboarding).
- Optional: under Export, request an export and download it first. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- Under Deletion, type DELETE and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.
- The workspace enters a 7-day grace period. You can cancel from the same page until it ends.
When the grace period ends, the workspace's data — its profile, files, messages, crew memory, prepared posts and reports, and its saved connections to other services — is deleted from active systems, and from backups on a fixed cycle. Section 05 lists what is kept.
04Ask us to delete data
For anything else — your own user account, specific data rather than a whole workspace, or data held about you — email privacy@cuadrila.com:
- Send it from the email address on the account, or name the workspace and the Facebook Page, Instagram account or Threads profile it concerns.
- Say what to delete, or ask for everything.
- We may ask you to confirm the request is yours before acting on it.
We act on verified requests within the time the law sets and tell you when the deletion is done. If you are a member of someone else's workspace, start with that workspace's owner: the workspace controls its own data.
05What we keep
Some records outlive a deletion because the law or security requires them. Each is kept to the minimum needed:
- A record that the deletion was requested and completed.
- Billing and accounting records, for as long as the law requires.
- Security audit entries for the deletion itself.
